OVERVIEW

Are you ready to deepen and share your love for yoga?

I have developed a program that thoroughly explores the art of teaching and sequencing a vinyasa class. The Program is designed to support you on your incredible journey of seeking and connecting to the divine source of your being, the true teacher or guru within. Through this process and powerful connection, you will be able to share what you discover and offer yourself as a healing energy in the world.

The Program is recognized by Yoga Alliance and comprises three areas of study: The Theory and Practice of Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, The art of Teaching, and yet goes even deeper by focusing on the greater aspects of teaching right from the start. From the very first weekend, students will be teaching and discovering their own voices and personal expressions.

The Program focuses on the practical application of yoga technique and philosophy in the studio and classroom. Moving beyond the physical, you will learn yoga philosophy and the fundamentals of meditation, Pranayama and the chakra system.

This Teacher Training will explore the vinyasa flow style of yoga based in the ashtanga yoga system, giving graduates a breath of knowledge on many different types of sequencing style. My goal is to provide you with a rigorous training experience that focuses on your needs as a student and teacher.

CURRICULM INCLUDES

“After searching and searching for yoga programs, I was lucky enough to find Susie C. Warm, bright, and smart, Susie will light up your yoga life! If you are thinking about teacher training, Exhale/Organic Soul is one of a kind…and so is Susie. What a journey!!”

“I signed up for Susie’s teacher training solely because I wanted to deepen my practice. I had always loved Susie’s classes — both her amazing sequencing and loving energy — and couldn’t think of anyone better to learn from.
The training wasn’t easy. There were a lot of reading materials to go through every week, sequences to create, chants to learn, and practice classes to teach. We learned about the history and philosophy of yoga as well as the life of a yogi. We learned not only to teach asana, but to share love as teachers. It was a challenging, yet fun and rich, journey.
By the end of our training, I found my personal practice slowly begin to deepen, the reason I had signed up for training in the first place. However, I also found that the training created in me a desire to teach. For personal reasons, I have not yet taken on any teaching opportunities. But I know that when that day comes, I’ll be able to go back to my teacher, Susie, for any necessary advice and support.”

“Yoga teacher training was an awesome experience and Susie is an incredible leader. She is knowledgable, experienced and extremely talented at sequencing. I really liked the format of a week on and week of because you could get your homework done and absorb all the info you learned the prior week. The curriculum is the perfect mix because we learned the history, poses, Sanskrit and also got to teach. Susie made us add on to our sequence each time which allowed us to build confidence as well as get the repetition which is essential to learning for a beginner. Susie’s passion for yoga is contagious and I would highly recommend Exhale for teacher training, she is not only an amazing Yogini but also an excellent mentor. Susie has high expectations which I think is important if you want to be a teacher. I am honored to be a part of the Exhale/Organic Soul  family and consider it to be one of my biggest blessings.”
